 Responsibility of Parents:

• Parents are entirely responsible for the care and well-being of their child(ren).
• Our babysitters are responsible for supervision and performing their duties as agreed upon but cannot be held responsible for the behavior or health of the children.

 Limited Liability:

• Our babysitters are carefully selected and screened. Nevertheless, no service provider can fully control the safety and behavior of children. We do not accept liability for any incidents, accidents, or damage during the babysitting sessions.

 Reservations and Payments:

• All reservations for babysitting services must be made in advance and paid according to the agreed-upon rates.
• Cancellations must be reported 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

 Code of Conduct for Parents and Babysitters:

• Parents and babysitters are expected to interact with respect and professionalism.
• Parents should provide a safe environment for their children, including providing relevant information and contact details.
• Babysitters are expected to take their duties seriously and care for children with attention and diligence.
