At The Magical Bonaire, we value your time and strive to make your experience as easy as possible. To ensure the highest level of service when booking with us, we have implemented a simple and effective process for scheduling nanny services.
To initiate the booking process, customers must click the prominent “Book Service” button where they will be prompted to select their preferred date, starting time, and desired end time. After providing this information, customers will simply need to click “Request Booking” to proceed.
At this point, customers will be asked to fill in their contact details, and they will also have the option to send a message to the nanny. Once they have reviewed their information and confirmed their booking, they simply need to wait for the nanny to approve their request.
We pride ourselves on being transparent so customers are able to keep track of their bookings by accessing their dashboard and Bookings list page. If a customer needs to chat with the nanny, this option is available at any time. Trust us to help make your life easier; book a nanny with us today!
How it works for Nannies
To become a nanny, you need to sign up as a Nanny and then add your service. Here’s how to do it: Go to your dashboard and select
Add Service.”Fill out the service form.
Service title: Write the name of your service, for example “Part Time Nanny.”
Category: Choose the nanny category.
Gallery: Upload your own picture.
Description: Write about yourself and your experiences.
Service time Schedule: Choose your schedule and start/end times so customers can see when you’re available.
Booking and Time settings: Select this box to continue so customers can choose their own time.
Click “Preview” and on the next page you can submit your service!
When you have a new booking, go to your Dashboard and click “Bookings list“. Check the “Pending” section to find the new booking. If you’re happy with the details, click “Approve” to confirm it. This will let the customer know it’s confirmed. You can chat to the customer if you need more information. To see all your approved bookings, go to the “Approved” page in the menu.
